I guide and mentor socially and environmentally conscious founders and leaders, just like you, to grow your business in alignment with your highest principles to create the impact you are destined to create in this world.
To make your impact, you must understand the interplay between your own internal world and that of your business and leadership. This process begins when you choose to know yourself intimately and partner with yourself to be fully creative, expressed, and free.

My story.
I spent 15 years of my career representing hundreds of organizations as a lawyer from formation to a sale or merger, and every complicated relationship issue in between. I’ve scaled my own law firm nationally, then sold it and gave up my legal background to more directly work with entrepreneurs and leaders on their strategic vision for the future and how to implement it.
Throughout all of my experience, the number one pain point for leaders came down to one issue - relationships - whether internal, family, team, clients, or collaborators and other stakeholders, nearly all issues boiled down to how to cultivate and maintain exceptional relationships.
